How do you know this person? I find it very strange that out of nowhere a stranger would call you and tell you about her abuse. Why would she call you and not the police?
Something is not right here. Are you sure it is not a prank call or something? Because that is very very strange. It is hard to give advice in this situation. I mean, if she is someone you know and want to help, then direct her to some hotline like CaliKevin suggested or tell her to inform the police. Abuse is something that should not be kept secret. She may want to get professional help afterwards to deal with the trauma that afflicted her.
