It's just a matter of applying, but you'll need to show that you've made at least 10 informative replies in the tech forum.

I just got my Tech Support Leader status :) and am working on the advice from the mod for normal support leader, but I also wanna try and post more rather than using PM's :P

Certainly not going for mod anytime soon XD nowhere near that position.
