I have been super stressed with College entry stuff these days. I have finished handing in all the forms that are needed. and now im stressing over passing all of my grade 12 courses, because I am already accepted into nursing in College. I feel so depressed these days, and just feel like crying. and my mom says I have like an anxiety depression, cause I have OCD more now, and im becoming scared of heights and clostorphobic. I can't think of anything to do to make me feel better.. we have this wierd SAD light thing that is suppose to help you feel better, and have more energy..but it IS NOT WORKING. UGH:(

The SAD light probably isn't working because you may not have SAD. Just because you are depressed in the winter doesn't mean you have SAD. However, the fact that you already got into college is exciting! (Congratulations!!) That should be motivation for you to do well in your senior year. You are almost there. Just a couple more months and you are done with high school! Try to stay positive, you'll get through it!
