I used to play football and used to be ripped but fucking college came and I was just too busied out. I really want my old body back, but from what I remember, that body took almost a year of playing football to build. Now I've lost it all, muscles and everything.

If I do really extreme cardio and pushups, can I get ripped in 2 months? I also have a beer belly from all the frat-boying during college (when we get stressed out, we would all get really drunk and shit. i hate my classes)

if you really work at it. but it would probably take about 5 months, rather than two.

its possible, but its not recommended. like the cast of 300 went through a 10 week thing to get ripped, but doctors say that its bad for your health to go that fast

Muscle regenerates faster and with more mass after you've lost it for the first time. It's like, say, a river drying up - there's still the remnants of a river, but the water stopped flowing. All you're doing is replenishing the water supply, so to speak.

cardio will make you lose fat, but wont build you toned muscle to show. so its probably best to get some training in weight/resistance training, preferrably by a professional if you want faster results. hire a trainer at your local gym for two sessions a week, and then go two more times on your own and basically repeat the routine. tell them specifically that you want you want to build chest, arms, etc, cause otherwise theyd just assume you want general strength and start giving you random shit to do.

I would invest in some whey protein and some NO2. Start by doing cardio about 2-3 days a week for 30mins. Do fast paced training like sprinting instead of running long distances. After the first two weeks your body will loose that sore feeling and you will be able to lift harder. Depending on what you want to work on (I assume the show muscles) start by doing high reps low weight to burn up all the extra fatty tissue. Go to the gym and lift about 4-5 times a week. I recommend overhead dumbbell press, Marine Press, Lateral Raises, Lat Pulldown, Wide grip pull ups and Incline Bench Press. This will start your muscles in growth mode. Hit a protein shake of about 40-50 grams 30 mins before each workout (not including running). Then another shake 15 mins after your workout. Mix Cardio up by bringing some dumbbells to your local track, or anywhere you can run. Sprint a 1/4 mile at full speed, then stop and do some squat jumps with the dumbbells.
Supplement brands i recommend are
1. Muscle tech
2. Muscle Milk
3. Six Star
4. Xyience
If anyone wants a Training regiment that will get them ripped and in shape, its the same one i use for college track and cage fighting you can e-mail me at fortuitousfatality@hotmail.com
