I want to be a history teacher so much and at uni you get a choice of 2 courses. One is 3 and a half years and that allows you to become a teacher but there is a 4 and a half year course that you get honours with. What should i do? Take the short one and get into a job quicker or take the longer one and have a better choice of schools i can teach at? I'm really not sure because university is quite expensive and even though i will get a bursary i think i still have to pay back the fees. What would you pick?

the longer one, because you have the rest of your life, it's probably the best loan you will ever get and you'll get much more out of it :)

i dont think you get a bursary for doing teaching for universities, just the necessities like school, but you will have to check that out, i would say the longer course.
