I was impressed with every applicant.  Thus is why I have instated a term limit on the position.  I strongly believe that circa will do an amazing job in office, yet there are so many members who are capable of making contributions to the site through contests.

Yes, I agree, just because a member doesn't hold the position of contest manager doesn't stop them from trying to implement their ideas for "new, provocative, and never done before" contests.

Congrats circa, by chance are you actually going to put up any of those application contests as actual contests?
