Support Leaders: Responsibilty to Novices when Warned

As part of your duty as Support Leaders you can help your novices when and if they are warned.

You receive a message alerting you if one of your novices gets warned, and now that message will also tell you why your novice was warned.

It's better for everyone to avoid denying someone service. Answer any questions your novice might have.
