I speak English, of course. I can speak and write in French (a little bit, not fluent yet), and I am passable in American Sign Language.

FYI...
ASL is not the same in every country, as the poster on page 6 said. There is French Sign Language, English Sign Language, and so on. There is also Signed English, which is completely different from ASL.

I speak Spanish fluently but even as an American with Mexican in her background I can slip up and make mistakes. I can overlook somethings too if I write real fast or something like that too but overall I speak, write, and read Spanish fluently and have done so for years. Well, enough for people to ask me what part of Mexico I was born in which is a compliment for me. I speak some German as well from my Middle School and part of my high school days. I was learning some Russian perviously but haven't continued learning it in a while because I was doing it on my own time on the computer. I have several heritages and like to know my roots but as you can see the Mexican part has effected me the most over the years but the others mean alot to me too which is why I am working on other languages.
