I find it hard to express my feeling which causes me to be by myself alot.  Can anybody relate to this and explain what you did to help overcome this emotional bad habit.

just try slowly being more assertive. try meditating and you will learn to be mor ein touch with your thoughts. try righting down your feelings then learn to communicat them to others. it's scary at first but becomes more natural. I used to have the same problem now it's much better. good luck

i agree with the writing thing. if you write it down, it becomes easier to let it out. eventually you'll be able to talk about it and share your thoughts with others.

I don't have trouble all the time. Soemtimes I do tho. Only cause I'm scared the person might take what I'm thinking and feeling the wrong way. When really it may not even be that. Or that they'd be rude after or something I dunno really.....It's kinda hard. I agree. I think you'll overcome it in time. Everyone's different.
