I was wondering how many of your novices have been warned and/or banned?

One of mine was warned and I sent him a friendly PM to explain his actions and where he went wrong and such and the next thing I know he is banned.... Heh.

I currently have another novice, and from viewing his first thread just 2 seconds ago I have a feeling he's gonna get a brown name soon...

I currently have one on warned status, I sent her a message but she did not reply. She has not even read the message, now writing it was a waste of my time and energy.

In the past I have had a number warned and banned, I don't keep count.

I know I have had one banned. It was when I first became a support leader. I thought that if my novice got banned I would get warned or something! lol I know better now. I had one warned but never banned.

Who knows, and I dont really care, novices must be assigned to someone, some percentage of new members are going to troll or otherwise get themselves banned, its just the nature of things.

Yeah, I got one that got warned. I never did get a response from them, and havn't since actually checked how things worked with them. I tried my best to explain it to them, but it was only one person, and it was also a while ago.

New rule: everytime a novice is banned, the SL is banned too.

That'd work real well :p

We get a lot of trolls, so a reasonably high proportion isn't anomalous. 83000 accounts. Nowhere near that many people...
