i would have fought with him and then called the cops saying he attacked me. the cops would have seen he was an "adult" and arrested him, while you would have got off easy.  

also, go back on your usual pay day and get your check. talk to paul about it. if they dont give it to you, threaten to sue them.  

trust me, you'll get it.

 
also, try to find a job somewhere like a grocery store, or taco bell.... i work at kfc/taco bell and it's REALLY easy. but then again, i do register, so ya know........ but even the cleaning isnt too bad.

I'm not big on fast food or any food service kind of thing. I had retail as it is, the bike shop was as far from retail as you can get, while still being retail.

I don't know what to do. I talked to my mom who has been in HR forever...she said wait till Monday to think things through but definatly get my check on Friday.

Do you guys reccomend calling ahead to see if I can get my check?
