Yes true but I do believe you need what is it 75 hours of community service depending on what scholarship you want

If you have already applied and fill out the form again, it will alert you to that fact. As for the community service hours... only those receiving 100% need to complete 75 hours of community service. If your test scores and GPA only meet the 75% award, there is no community service requirement.
