I think, Points shouldn't matter. What matters is to help people... So what's the point of points? ... It's not like you're a better SL if you have more points.

Points really don't mean anything to me, so it doesn't make a difference really. Like wise, it's just a post in the end... though I don't see much of a difference between the serious forum and e-helps... other than the fact that e-helps are more private, I guess...

For some Support Leaders that may be shy of posting in TSF, the.......hmm.........2 points, might lure them in, and make the place more active, with more replies. @ Barnabas, good observation, a post, is in fact, a post.

This is a slippery slope. If we add this, then people will start saying "We'll TS, TD&R. TD&EI are all support forums, we should get an extra point there too" and then the argument ensues.
