It's not only anorexic girls who have body image problems and you have a problem. - about what you wrote in the past..fuggetaboutid- it's in the past. you are embarrassed he read it? It's not a big deal to him so why is it to you?
Your image of your body is also biased. He likes you the way you are. He was attracted to you the way you are. He has said so! Why do you assume he's wrong and that you know more about what's in his mind and heart than he does? If you are basing it on the likely fact that once in a while he looks at other girls...well don't fall into that trap. Guys will look at other girls. Period. It means nothing except that they like girls. It does NOT mean any more than that. It certainly does not mean that he prefers some other girl because she has bigger breasts or whatever. He prefers you and he's said so. Your insecurity about your body image could harm the relationship while you try to measure up on someone else's chart.

I bet everything is fine. I wouldnt be worried about that if i were you. But if you want to gain a little weight you should maybe eat alot of junk food. that kind of stuff. People cant help how under weight they are sometimes metabolism is to high.
