So I know of trailer homes that can be paid off at $5,995 only. But do you still have to pay for the land that it sits on? And how much would that be?

I highly doubt you'll find a trailer home for just 6 grand... and yes, you rent the land. I have no idea how much that is, but I'm not guessing a lot.
