i don't want a hangover during the week so i think of drinking every day a few times a day for a week.

Go to your store and look for salt substitutes. Get NoSalt. Every night, drink down a teaspoon of that and a pinch of regular salt with as much water as you can drink and you'll never get hung over. NoSalt is mostly potassium chloride and the salt is sodium chloride. These are major the electrolytes that get flushed down the toilet when you drink. Potassium chloride is very bitter, but it's possible to get used to it.
You may also want to buy a mineral supplement containing magnesium and calcium and take that with the water.
