I post like 3 topics about my boyfriend and I. Basically I figured it was ending, and if I should try and hold on.
His parents have been budding in and I've been trying to make him independent, and so on.
Well, last night I called him and he went on and on, and in the end threatened that he was going to end our relationship.
Well, he just called and seemed all in love with me, like nothing was up.
I"M SO CONFUSED! I don't understand what the hell just happened.

It seems like you're both really, really confused right now. You both need to sit down face to face and try and talk about what would be best for the both of you right now. If you're both unsure about what you want, then I'd recommend that you both take a break for a week or two, to give you both time to sort out what you feel and to decide what you both want.
If it turns out that neither of you are happy or comfortable with the relationship, then at least the decision will be amicable and mutual. However, it could be that you both just feel the relationship needs some work, so it could be that you both need to make some compromises in order to get everything back on track.
