Well, her little brother was being a brat so he kept yelling and shit and she kept trying to get him to shut up.  

At the same time, I felt like she kept peeking over at me.  At one point she got out of her seat, walked across the room, looked over, then walked back to her chair and sat down lol (I still don't know what she got up for).

Anyways, I didn't look much into this, because I thought the only reason she kept looking over, was because her little brother was sitting next to her, on my side.

I finished eating, got up, and left.  Then I walked across the street to the grocery store.  20 minutes later, I coincidentally bump into the same girl in an aiile.  She was pushing her cart and she saw me.  I turned around and started walking the other way ("I was going to anyways) and I could hear her pushing her cart faster and faster haha.

Well, now that I think about it, did she like me?  Was she trying to get me to talk to her or soemthing?  Maybe she was trying to push the cart into me and find an excuse to talk to me??

Do girls do this?  She looked 17-18 and I'm 19 btw.

Well youngster, you turn around and hightail it for mommy's apron like some little school boy! You change your oh so important plans to go the other way, and walk toward her. Grow a pair and use them to say something ballsy, like: "Hi, I just saw you over at Taco Bell. My name's Chickenshit, what's yours?" Then you spin the conversation out from there, and if all else fails, ask her if she got her brother calmed down or whatever. The point is, you had a chance to make contact and try to open communication, and you ran like a little bitch.
