I received short stories, poems, and applications in the form of definitions.  I was sent intuitive ideas about improving the dictionary page, and some clever ideas for entries and contests.

Very few applications underwhelmed me.  

That being said, this was a particularly difficult decision to make, and I spent many a moon milling over the choices.

And, after much ado, barnabas is now in charge of the LiveWire dictionary.  barnabas is a veteran member with almost four years under her LiveWire belt, who can often be seen discussing literature and such.  She plans to encourage Dictionary usage through contests, add internet slang that is commonly found on the forums as well as approve interesting and informative definitions of all sorts, whether LiveWire members or Websters-approved diction.
