I'd want to be 165 or 160
Currently, I weigh 175.

About your weight, you would need to work really hard to lose that weight since your not very overweight. if you do work really hard it would take maybe 3 months?

You are the perfect weight now. When you lose too much weight your face will look old and gross. Your weight is good because you are thin but not to the point where your face will look bad
