Hey, it sounds like you are having a tough time.
Have you talked to any trusted friends about this? Your parents? Teachers? It might help to open up and try to get some support from people in your life.

Hope this helps!

It's normal to feel like that after you indulge yourself for the first time in a while.
I too just recently cut for the first time in 2 years...thats a horrible feeling, and I can therefore relate to what you are going through.

The first thing that you need to do is find someone that you can talk to. Whether that be someone that you are able to trust in your real life, or just someone that you can talk to online. Just talking to one person can make a world of a difference, both emotionally and mentally for yourself.

If you are a cutter, then it is obviously pointless for me to run through a list of coping methods. I'm sure you have already tried some of them, and have found some that both worked out for you, and did absolutley nothing for you. In my case, the thing that helped me out the most was writing and poetry. It is a great way to get your emotions out and help yourself to feel better. I would strongly suggest that you think about trying the same thing.

If it would help you at all, you can message me and we can just talk about whatever it is that is taking place in your life right now. I'm good at listening, and can usually give out good, relatable advice. Plus, I know what you are going through...so I can offer you my genuine help and support. I figure that it might be worth at least a shot.

Good luck hun, and remember...things get better. They always get better. I promise.
