How do you afford it???

If I had the money I would love to buy expensive shoes and handbags.  I work full time on quite a reasonable wage and unless I spend my entire wage; there is no way I could spend the amount some members here talk about on shoes and handbags or I'd be living on the street!!

So, how do you afford your shopping habits?

Do you save up for something really expensive?

Are you in incredibly high paid jobs?

Or are mummy and daddy just really really rich? :)

which atm.. cos i'm like poor cos i have to pay for my car.. is like shops like matalan etc, but hey they have some nice clothes :)

the most expensive thing i've brought doe.. clothing wise is a £30 jacket from topman.. lol

i'd rather not pay a lot of money for designers..  

it's just clothes..

anyways.. if i had like Diesel clothes and then u saw me driving my micra.. it wouldn't really match.. well i do have some Diesel t-shirts.. from egypt

I probably spend more than I should, but I've but back. I'm not one to simply buy things because of the label, I think too many do that and it gets played out. I buy good stuff that not everyone knows about or buys...then they wonder what it is.

95% of the stuff i wear are designer clothing.. i have connections that makes them even cheaper than normal clothing for me.. plus they are of amazing qualities.. so yeah that's my reason

I don't have a job, and honestly not planning to until I finish college. My parents give me $5k weekly for food and clothes. Yeah, I'm all sheltered, and I don't really give a who what other people say.

I don't buy Gucci, Chanel, Dior etc clothes but I have bought some designer accessories and do own some designer-ish things. I was able to buy these because I had the salary of someone working fulltime, but not the responsibilities e.g. bill/rent/mortgage etc. Someone recently said I had too much of an allowance because of the sunglasses, handbag and jewellery I was wearing - they said it jokingly but it did annoy me a bit.
