i feel like one of my parents is spying on me and another person in the house from the net. certain websites i go on would be working one the next block or it freeze when i get on. other times i will look upa certain subject from school or something then later hear about in the house as if i told someone when i didnt.
is this possible? what about my ISP, can they mod one computer out of all the thousand other computers in the city?
if it gets blocked, it has a limit on it, so the administrator can see what uve accessed.. so.. YEAH

I dont think they can, unless u are connected to the network, like ur parents have the administrator user.then they can restrict you from websites
