what kind of car is this?

I saw this car in downtown yesterday and couldnt figure out what it was, but htought it looked spiff. it was in a parking lot and i was in a moving vehicle so it isnt the best picture.
anyone have any thoughts on what it could be or is?

its Either a Morgan or a Clubman car(the back arch behind the seat says Morgan though).

The front is not stock its been customized, so has the back from what it seems.
