When do most colleges start accepting apps?

It varies between colleges and universities. Your best bet would be to contact the places you want to go to and ask them when they will start accepting applications for when you want to start. Or, check their websites.

probably at the end of your sophmore year is a good time to apply first, that way they know you are serious
