It shouldn't be that difficult to get one concise definition and utilization of the word "ban", and be able to enforce it. And considering the fact that I was a Moderator on this site for three years, I do know what it's like and I do know what I"m talking about. Yes, while I currently hate this fucking site I'm also trying to fix it. I've invested too much time and money into this place to just leave, but it's people like you who have the simple answer of "press the X". You think that is the resolution to everything, but it's obviously people like you who don't care. That's just wonderful that you think that you can tell people to "press the X" to get rid of them, but it's not going to do anything to improve the site. And if that's your answer for everything then David should have left your ass demoted. 
And your three years of moderation experience should've told you that it takes a good amount of discussion and compromise for 30+ ideas to come together and conjoin into one idea - and you'd probably realize that IF you wasn't more interested in throwing blind attacks and EVERY opportunity you get.
There are some things wrong here, I agree. But the difference between you and other members who complain, is that if ANYTHING IS EVER negatively said, you automatically form some sort of name-calling unfounded attack, like in this topic right here. It only makes it that much worse that you was not around for the discussion, or the forced discussion that came about because of it.
It would be great if we all agreed with your standpoint, and I had a more strict view of the word 'ban' as well. Unfortunately, the TEAM decided it should mean something else, and we voted, and the answer that came out is our new pardon policy - but you would know nothing about all of that. Hence blindly given attacks about things you would know nothing about.
We can't moderate how we want, or I'd leave members banned after their second chance. That's kind of the point behind being on a team - maybe that's what you never fully grasped, and it's now showing through in your senseless claims built upon name-calling?
And no, you're not trying to change anything. You're no better than Prisoner of hss. Actually, he's better than you. He bitches about things, but at least he doesn't claim to "be trying to change the website!" when someone tells him to leave because of it.
As far as my press the X comment - perfectly valid. All you do is whine about everything while trying to change nothing. You aren't even an SL at this point. So what good are you? You contribute nothing but whiny unfounded name calling. At least some of the same members of your type provide comedic value, you can't even give us that.
