British isn't a language, the language of Britain is English (Welsh and Scottish native languages are only spoken by a minority)

I have nothing to record in.  I would probably choose Japanese, since I'm still learning it, or even French, because I'm horrendous at it.

My Farsi isn't all so great either, but considering I've been speaking since I was a young child, I don't think that's quite what you're looking for :P.
