I don't need much for school. Just clothes and notebooks and pens.

For clothes I just need really 2pairs of jeans and gym shorts and white tees. and maybe two nice shirts for parties/clubbing.

any tips on spending thrifty? other than "go to a thrift store for clothes"

Staples is expensive when it comes to notebooks and things like that.

OP Just go to a store like Target or something. If you aren't looking for snazzy pens and notebooks you can get a shitload of that stuff for less than ten bucks. Also, for clothes, look at clearance racks, look for sales, anything.

Walmart dude. For $100 you could probably get all the clothes, like 5-6 notebooks and like 1200 pens. Just find the shitty 10 or 20 packs of Bics.
