It takes 10 supporting moderators more than those who oppose for a ban to take effect.  It takes one moderator to pardon.

I'll let you extrapolate what happened.

Whats the point of giving moderators the ability to pardon then when the DoS can just be reinstated?

Why would you even put someone through this emotional turmoil; you either ban them or you don't.

That is the most fucked up system I have ever heard of serious. You can't just ban someone then have them pardoned 10 minutes later then put up for another DoS a few hours later which will take another 5 days to vote.
