Reinstating the DoS. You guys just don't want to let go.

The account was banned, and a moderator pardoned it.

It takes a certain amount of mods to ban a member, 1 mod to pardon.

1 to DoS a member.

Why would you even put someone through this emotional turmoil; you either ban them or you don't.

That's the idea, typically.  Like Jesse said.  There's no defense here.  Someone, somewhere down the line, screwed up.
