I think I am allergic to cashews and pistachios, but not other nuts. When I eat cashews or pistachios, my mouth starts to itch, and sometimes my throat feels like it's going to close up and I gag. However, I can eat walnuts, pecans, almonds, peanuts, etc. with no problem.
