Okay so my manager is a complete dick! like is is always being rude. he makes fun of people, and like if you take a day off or something he will literally punish you with crappy shifts for the next week or two. I took my cousins wedding off, for the next two weeks I get one shift a week. and my boyfriend quit ( we worked at the same place) because he didn't like the manger AT ALL(but no body does) and a lot of the other people there are really immature and mean as well, AND for three weeks he got one shift a week.so he found another job and very polity, handed in his resignation. I come into work two days later, the first thing my manager says to me. "so where's your ugly boyfriend working now" No hi, no nothing. Just right away insult my boyfriend. so not wanting to answer i say "someplace in Vineland" I know where he works, but i just didn't wanna tell him after that. do what does he say " Oh, of course you don't know, you don't care where he works just that he gets paid more and can buy you stuff" like what the hell! and he swears ALL the time!! and like he gets stressed out when we have a line.and were not going fast enough or something. like its a fast food restaurant! what do you expect!
and he's always sending me home early. so today it was
Him until 3-close
me 4:30-8
the supervisor 2-8 ( who really isn't that good at her job as it is)
and another employee 5:30-9:30
But the other girl walks in and he goes " some retard didn't schedule another person too close (he makes the schedule), would you like to stay until close"
okay, that's normal you need two closing people. so then it was constant people up until about 7:20. so at 7:30 he tells me I can go. I have a 3.5 hour shift!! the other supervisor STARTED at 2 and ended at 8, the same time as me! if you must send someone home because suddenly people stop coming. send her! I have half an hour left and started work 2.5 hours later then her!
and he does that too me ALL winter, last winter it didn't matter who I was working with if someone went home early, it was me. and like where not even dead like we are in winter yet. I'm SO mad!
My mom told me I should just go
" Oh, well My mom said she would be here at 8:05 because that's what i was scheduled for, and she isn't home at the moment, so can I just stay an clean or something"
It was better then my " um can i stay because I have bills to pay"
But yeah, do you think I would get in trouble is I said that? The 1st one?
