I'd keep it.  It deserves to live, despite it's disabilities.  It's not its fault that it has downs syndrome.  Plus, just because it has Downs Syndrome doesnt mean anything totally horrible.  I know kids with Downs Syndrome.  one of them is a really close friend of mine, and he's a total sweetie.

Depends in what way they were disabled, if it was something like Downs Syndrome or suchlike, then no.

But if it was something like Tay Sachs disease, or one of those congenital defects that cause people to be born with no brain, then abortion is probably a more humane choice for everyone involved.

er.. The entire point of detecting whether one's newborn will be disabled is to have the opportunity of treating it before birth and potentially repairing it.

Why abort your baby when a disorder/disease at that stage is so premature?
