new york is bigger than london, it looks bigger than london, new yorkers can be a lot nastier, bad attitudes, and london knife crime looks like little school girl "i stole your makeup" crime compared to new york city's crime.

new york is bigger than london dumb fuck. the london mayor's asking the nyc mayor for tips on safety? probably cus he's a dumbass cus new york's murder rate has risen 10% this year, which is the first murder increase since 1990. americans=smartest and most developed despite our short history
NYC- 601 square miles London- 609 square miles Population looking at statistics pretty much equal, and read this you might find it interesting. I picked a New York article so you didn't accuse me of being biased. http://www.nysun.com/new-york/ny-fares-well-vs-london-in-a-new-study/83495/ So yeah. I have lived in both New York and London and definatley found New York easier to live in.
do you even know what you're talking about? a city's size is not based on area, it's based on population. and no, the populations are nowhere near equal. the census judges a city's size based on metro area because some city's are smaller in area than others. fr example, miami is only 33 square miles so that's not fair to them. so metro population is how size of a city is judged because a metro area is an extension of the city. plus during the day people commute into the city for work so more people are in the city. london had 12,875,000 people in 2003, and new york city had 19,750,000 in 2003. new york city is gaining more population per year than any other city in america, and we are now nearing 24 million while london is hardly gaining anything. due to the new york metropolitan areas massive raw growth, the census beureau is going to be joining the new york and philadelphia metropolitan in at most a decade. the number of commuters from philly to nyc and vice versa is rising every day and my dad works with people who commute to manhattan from philly's suburbs every day. our metropolitan area will be giving the tokyo area a run for its money. the east coast along 1-95 in the usa is turning into japan.
