So i have been going out with this girl for a little over 8 months now anda few weeks ago she she started talking to another guy and i found out that they had been flirting pretty heavy (the whole i like you and wouldn't mind to see where this goes stuff) and she had also lied and went to his place a few times. and when i confronted her about it and told her she needed to pick one either me or him she choose me. She said it all started because they "spark" was gone for us but i think that it can be relight its not gone and she says she does love me........What can we do to show each other our true feelings and help restart the happiness and joy we once had.

this, it may not work though. she cheated on you..

you mean that she might cheat on him. this will not work. it will just drive her away and find another guy. just spend time with her. go to places. do stuff that you dont or have never done before. this will make her know that youre still fun and would want her to keep you. make it fun, always do something new. that will keep the spark and relight the candle =)

So at this point is their hope for everything to return back to what they once were or is it just hopeless and im not trying to make her love me she says she's happy and i truely just want her to be happy....how can i really find out her true intentions?  she has also said she is a little scared because she doesn't feel like she deserves me because of what has happened. I think that all she deserves is to be happy and if i can bring her that then i believe she deserves me. how can i show that to her and suggestions?

Take my advice. I just had the same thing happen to me. She obviously doesn't know what she really wants. It's best to make the decision for her, and move on. If you guys end up together one day later, then it was meant to be, but don't wait on her to make up her mind because it could be quite a while before it happens.
