Contacting a moderator is the same as contacting a regular member. If you need help with the site usability wise, any experienced member can help you out. Just check your private messages and respond to the message that was sent to you when you joined.  It is from the member that was assigned to help you with the site.  It is also located under "my account"

well my buddy referred me here cause i run a non profit helping teens, i just wanna no where i can advertise and promote the non profit, and i want to no wat i can do regarding helping teens.... and no i havent gotten to reading the guidelines im new here just signed up yesterday

Generally, advertising isn't permitted, but you're doing the right thing by trying to check it out with admin first.

I'd also suggest reading the guidelines, terms & conditions etc. It will save time for those you wish to deal with.
